Common Pricing Questions

What counts as a "calculation"?

A calculation is triggered each time a customer's cart is loaded or updated and the widget computes import fees for their destination country. Multiple cart updates by the same customer in a single session typically count as one calculation. Domestic customers (same country as your store) do not trigger calculations.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the app's Billing tab. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my monthly calculation limit?

If you reach your monthly calculation limit, the widget will stop displaying import fees for new cart sessions until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You will receive an in-app notification when you reach 80% of your limit, giving you time to upgrade before hitting the cap.

Is there an annual billing discount?

Yes. All plans are available on annual billing at a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year.
